Beyond the need to know how to manage processes, a manager in the organization both manages the team & guides it. The employees reporting to that manager expect him to respond to & support them regarding everything they do but that is hardly a trivial matter. In order to give the managers the tools to do so, we developed two courses that provide the managers with the abilities to manage their teams in the most fruitful manner.

As managers, we find ourselves leading a group and in fact guiding significant processes in the organizational arena. However, how to do so properly? The training skills course provides managers with a set of basic tools and capabilities that will enable them to lead and guide various types of groups in the organization in a significant and effective manner. The course combines theoretical, experiential learning as well as practical experience in training.

Whom is the course intended for?

The course is intended for managers who wish to acquire knowledge on leading groups and who are interested in learning how to guide employees towards personal and professional development.

How long is the course?

The course is 7 meetings that combine theoretical learning and experiential learning under “laboratory conditions” in the field and receiving feedback.

  • Roles in the group.
  • Key processes in the development of the group.
  • Key phenomena in the group’s life.
  • Conflicts, problems and opportunities in the group.
  • The role of the moderator.
  • Styles and patterns of training.
  • How to plan group activity.
  • Different methods in the group’s work.
  • Tools and practical ideas for training in the organizational reality: workshops, meetings of managerial teams, department meetings, meetings and so on.


Training Skills Course
